These terms govern your use of 339.vin. Please read them carefully before you register or place any bets. By using the platform, you agree to everything set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and 339 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "339") governing your use of the website at 339.vin, all associated pages, services, games, betting markets and any content made available through the platform.
339 operates as an online gaming platform providing Casino games, Live Casino, Slot Games and Sports Betting to players in Pakistan. All services are offered for entertainment purposes to adult members aged 18 and above. The platform operates with PKR as its primary currency and supports Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer.
These Terms should be read alongside 339's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 339. The platform takes age verification seriously. If you are found to be under 18 at any point, your account will be immediately closed, any deposits returned where possible and any winnings forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active account on 339. Registering multiple accounts – whether under different names, payment methods or device identities – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
When you register, you must provide your real name, a valid mobile number, a working email address and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date. 339 may request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity, and you must cooperate with these verification requests promptly.
339 is designed and operated for players based in Pakistan. If you are accessing the platform from outside Pakistan, it is your responsibility to ensure that doing so is lawful under the regulations applicable to you. 339 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 339 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not it was carried out by you personally. If you allow another person to use your account, you remain fully liable for any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested during that access.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. 339 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee on dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified before any fee is applied. To avoid this, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
339 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and selected mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no conversion fees applied to deposits – the amount you send is the amount credited to your account balance.
The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected. 339 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice provided through the platform.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference and we will investigate promptly.
By depositing on 339, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legitimately yours and that you are not depositing on behalf of another person. 339 may request evidence of source of funds as part of its verification procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests on 339 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
339 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above certain thresholds. This is a standard procedure to protect members and maintain the integrity of the platform. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or equivalent identification. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate verification documents are not the responsibility of 339.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. VIP members benefit from higher withdrawal limits. Standard members can view their applicable limits within their account dashboard. 339 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments over successive business days.
If your account balance includes funds derived from a bonus, the wagering requirement associated with that bonus must be met before those funds can be withdrawn. Your bonus terms will always state the exact wagering multiplier and eligible games. Real money deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account balance.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered members of 339. Each offer specifies its own eligibility criteria – including whether it is available to new members only, existing members or specific VIP tiers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per household or IP address.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. It is your responsibility to read these terms before accepting any bonus offer.
339 has systems in place to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for further action.
339 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way through, any wagering already completed toward the requirement at the point of cancellation will be honoured proportionally. Updated promotional terms are published on the platform.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, changed or reversed by the member. Please review your selections carefully before confirming. Errors made by members in selecting odds, markets or stake amounts are the member's responsibility.
All Casino and Slot Game outcomes on 339 are generated by independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems embedded within the games provided by our partner software suppliers. 339 does not influence individual game outcomes. The results produced by these systems are final.
Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other sports betting markets on 339 are governed by market-specific rules published on the betting section of the platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. 339 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where odds were clearly published in error or where match data was corrupted at the time of settlement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet. VIP members may be eligible for higher maximum stake limits as part of their tier benefits. 339 reserves the right to restrict or limit the betting activity of any member at its sole discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 339 will investigate and, where appropriate, void affected bets and return stakes. In no circumstance will a malfunction result in obligations beyond the return of the original stake amount.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 339 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:
339 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
Your personal data is used to verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, personalise your experience on the platform and comply with any legal or regulatory obligations. 339 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
All content on 339.vin – including but not limited to the platform design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and all other materials – is the intellectual property of 339 or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent.
Game content is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights. Your use of games on the platform does not grant you any ownership rights over game content.
339 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted, 339 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses from betting decisions, technical failures, delays in payment processing or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits 339's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You may close your 339 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any remaining real money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification is completed.
339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; fraud or prohibited conduct is identified; verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable timeframe; or in any circumstance where continuing to provide service would be contrary to the platform's obligations.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance – including deposits and winnings – may be withheld pending investigation. 339 will communicate the reason for account closure to the affected member where legally permissible.
339 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the platform and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.
